What Our Customers Say

Customer feedback means a great deal to our family-run business. We are proud to have helped customers across Yeovil and the surrounding area with tiles, bathrooms, plumbing and professional installation.

Read some of their experiences and discover what it is like to work with J2 Tiles & Bathrooms.

We recently had a full bathroom renovation completed and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally and with real attention to detail. The design stage was smooth and well thought through, with great advice given throughout without ever feeling pressured. Everything was clearly explained, and it was easy to feel confident in the decisions being made. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard. All of the trades involved were friendly, respectful of the property, and clearly took pride in their work. The finish speaks for itself — everything has been completed with care and precision, and the end result looks fantastic. Communication throughout the job was excellent, and it was reassuring to know that if anything needed attention, it would be dealt with quickly and properly. Overall, a really positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend J2 to anyone considering a similar project.

We have recently used J2 Tiles and Bathrooms to supply and lay tiles and underfloor heating in 4 rooms as well as laying floor tiles in 2 bathrooms and supplying and fitting a new cloakroom unit and plumbing. Jon and Jack, the owners, could not have been more helpful and their sheer professionalism supported us through what was a complex project. All their staff were first-rate and a special thank you goes to the fitter, Tom, whose work was exceptional. We could not have been more pleased with the final results and would highly recommend them.

We had our bathroom completely renovated by J2 tiles, a year ago. The end result was stunning and the workmanship was to a very high standard. Almost a year after having it completed, our spot lights failed on one of the units. We called J2 and someone came out the next day to replace the whole string of lights due to a bad batch. These things happen from time to time, as no fault of anyone really, but the level of service to resolve it, free of charge, and the level of service and workmanship in the initial work is what makes me recommend them highly! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed work done and if you are reading this, whilst trying to decide on a company to choose then rest assured they will get the work done to a high standard and the level of aftercare will leave you with peace of mind in case of unexpected issues.

When we needed our ground floor re tiled due to a flood, J2 tiles could not have been more helpful. From choosing the tiles to laying the floor they were excellent. Have no hesitation recommending them.

We have used J2Tiles & Bathrooms to work on 4 different floors in our house. From meeting them in the showroom through to the completed jobs, we received a Quality of service which is so rare these days. I will not use anyone else

I would highly recommend J2, very professional and helpful. They have a huge range of beautiful tiles. The fitters were top notch and very friendly, couldn’t recommend them more.
